Community Initiative

At Impact Brokerage, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us. That's why we've launched our Community Initiative, allowing our clients to contribute to causes they care about. For every closing, we make a donation to a non-profit organization chosen by our clients.

ATLANTA MISSION

The Atlanta Mission is dedicated to ending homelessness in Atlanta. They provide essential services such as shelter, food, and job training to help individuals rebuild their lives and achieve self-sufficiency.

TREES ATLANTA

Trees Atlanta focuses on enhancing the urban environment by planting trees and promoting green spaces in the Atlanta area. Their initiatives aim to improve air quality, reduce urban heat, and beautify neighborhoods.

BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF METRO ATLANTA

This organization offers a safe and positive environment for young people to learn, grow, and develop essential life skills. Through various programs in education, health, and leadership, they empower youth to reach their full potential.

THE ATLANTA HUMANE SOC

Committed to animal welfare, the Atlanta Humane Society rescues and rehabilitates animals in need. They work tirelessly to promote responsible pet ownership and find loving homes for all pets.

Donation Process

Upon closing on your property, you will have the opportunity to select up to two of the above non-profits to receive a donation. If you have a non-profit that is reputable and close to your heart, feel free to nominate them as well!
